I have had this cute 4th of July fabric for several years. I was unsure of what I wanted to do with it. I decided that a denim would make the perfect border. I bought a light denim fabric enough for the borders and the backing. Luckily I was about 6 inches sorry on the backing.and I added a pieced column to the backing. Hopefully, someone I know will have a 4th of July baby

11th Completed Quilt
I started this quilt last year. I went to a class on the Lemoyne star last spring and then bought the panel in Paducah at the AQS quilt show. I finished all the stars and pieced all those together. I recently added the borders and quilted it. The stars quilted in the border are from a tutorial by Lori Kennedy.

The 10th Quilt
I am trying to complete a quilt a week, so that I can practice with my long arm, and hopefully use some of my fabric. Also I am trying to complete some of my UFOS along the way. I had embroidered the elephants several years ago to make a baby quilt for an elephant lover, but set it aside when I found a cuter pattern. The other picture is the back of the quilt.

My 9th completed quilt this year
I have had this pink butterfly fabric for years. I use it for the backing also. In fact the complete quilt was made from my stash. I found this butterfly tutorial at Charm About You: Butterfly block
http://www.charmaboutyou.com/2014/01/butterfly-block.html?m=1. Easy tutorial.
I still have enough butterfly fabric fir the back of another baby quilt.
